Sharni Lee
Founder & Principal Social Worker (MSW)
I started Hope and Harmony Support with a vision to provide a sanctuary where individuals feel truly seen.
I began my journey over a decade ago, working in the Children's Services industry. Gaining a deeper understanding of child development and systems interaction. I completed my undergraduate degree and completed placement with the Department of Housing and Public Works. Working in the disability sector, I began my Master's completing a placement at the Queensland Children's Hospital. It was there I discovered my passion for Social Work and the true impact we can make.
Why a social Worker?
At Hope and Harmony, social work combines evidence-based counselling with practical support, advocacy, care coordination, and a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work with you to understand the broader context of your life and help create meaningful, sustainable change.
